• Conduct Rifle Honors Details (93 in 2024) and Visitation Ceremonies (6) for Marines and other veterans of any branch of service.
• Conduct Courts of Honor for the Boy Scout Program.
• Collect and distribute toys through the Marine Toys for Tots program. (In 2024, this detachment distributed toys to 15,005 children)
• Provide scholarships to the local MCJROTC programs at Fern Creek HS, Jeffersontown HS, and Shelby County HS.
• Provide individual financial support to Marines through the Benevolence Fund.
